Definitions:
Site Evaluation: Evaluate Computer network and write up report of recommendations and estimate for contract repair.

Time & Material: Pay as you go for parts and service.

Retainer: Advance payment for T&M calls for reduced rates.

Contract: Monthly fee per equipment unit.

24 X 7: Around the clock service.

Fixed Rates: Flat fees for specific installations.

New Installations:
New equipment setup, configuration, and testing.

Upgrade Installations:
New Installation plus DATA transfer.

Phone Support:
Repair of equipment or consulting over the telephone.

Remote Support:
Repair of equipment by remote console, dial-up or TCP/IP.

Business Customer:
Computer equipment located at a business address or equipment located at a residence (home office) that is used for a business. All Server/Client networks are considered business customers, regardless of the equipment use.

Residential Customer:
Computer equipment located at a residential address that is not used for business purpose.

Service Level Agreement:
Advance payment for T&M calls for reduced rates.

Hours of Operation:
Advance payment for T&M calls for reduced rates.

Response Time:
Advance payment for T&M calls for reduced rates.

Back up & Virus repair:
Advance payment for T&M calls for reduced rates.

Rates:

Site Evaluation: No Charge. Required for Sales evaluation.

Time and Material: Pay as you go for parts and service.

Business Customer 145.00 per hour (no travel) 1HR minimum
Residential Customer 95.00 per hour (no travel) 1HR minimum
Time is charged if the technician goes to the store, during the service call, to purchase a part that is needed to repair the equipment. No travel charge if technician picks up the part on the way to the service call or if a return trip is scheduled to complete the repair.

Business Retainer: Advance payment for T&M calls for reduced rates.

24 X 7: Monthly fee per equipment unit. (ie. Computer, monitor, printer, server, router, scanner) Around the clock service. Call SALES to schedule Site Evaluation.

Fixed Rates: Flat fees for specific installations.

Phone Support: 15.00 per month per person. Unlimited calls.
